Summary: I arrived late at night and the gentlemen at the desk was cheerful, helpful and friendly (just what is needed after a long wet drive). I had to leave early in the morning unfortunately but had time for breakfast and this was great. The people in the dining room acted like their colleague the night before (exemplary). When i next first Santiago i will definitely be staying here. A1
